  • Yes, we charge a commision based on the final sale price of each item. This covers photography, marketing, listing and auction management.

  • Pricing is influenced by the online auction format and the bidding activity on the platform we use HiBid. As items are listed in a competitive biddding environment, final prices are determined by market demand and bidder participation rather than fixed pricing.

  • The total timeline depends on our current client waitlist and overall demand. Once you submit your items , the waiting period may vary based on how many consignments are ahead of yours.

After your items are accepted and received, our team begins the preparation process which includes photographing, creating listings, writing descriptions and uploading everything to our platform.

Once the auction is fully set up , it is opened to the public and typically runs for about one week. After the auction closes, all sales are finalized and processed.

Overall, the timeline includes de initial waitlist period, item preparation, auction setup, and the one week live auction period.

  • If any items do not sell during the auction, we will review the outcome with you. At the point, you will have a few options: we can arrange for the items to be donated, disposed of or returned to you. If you choose to have the items returned, you will need to pick them up from our warehouse.
