An estate sale is a professionally organized sale of personal property, typically held when someone is downsizing, relocating or settling an estate after a major life transition. It involves selling a wide range of items such as furnihture, décor, collectibles appliances, tools, clothing and everyday household goods-usually from an entire home.

At Little Estate Sales, our process is designed to be simple and fully online. We offer two estate sale options depending on your needs:

On site Estate Sales (at the home):

We go directly to the property, where we take professional photos, organize and catalog the items and upload everything to our online auction platform, Hibid. Customers browse and purchase items online. Once the sale ends, buyers schedule a time to pick up their items at the home.

Warehouse Estate Sales:

Alternatively, clients can bring their items to our warehouse. There, we photograph and catalog everything before uploading the lisitings to our online platform. Customers participate in the sale online and buyers pick up their purchased items at our warehouse.

For safety, legal compliance and quality standarts, we do not accept the following types of items:

• Illegal items, including drugs, stolen goods or counterfeit products.

• Firearms or explosives without proper legal documentation.

• Hazardous or dangerous materials, including flammable or toxic substances.

• Prescription medications or regulated medical products.

• Live animals

• Items that are in poor condition, unsafe or not functioning properly.

• Vehicles or assets without clear ownership or proper documentation.

• Items under legal dispute or with unresolved financial liens.

• we are especially cautious with items intended for babies and children. We do not accept products that could pose any health or safety risk, particularly if they do not meet safety standarts or lack proper certification and reliability. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as strollers, car seats, cribs or similar products that do not have verifiable safety compliance, warranty, or are not in safe, functional condition.

Pricing is influenced by the online auction format and the bidding activity on the platform we use HiBid. As items are listed in a competitive biddding environment, final prices are determined by market demand and bidder participation rather than fixed pricing.

Overall, the full process -from scheduling and preparation to the the online sale and final pickup- will depend on the size of the estate, our availability and the specific needs of each client.
